Early Childhood Students Shape Learning at Giant’s Preschool

Our Early Childhood Education students are actively enhancing the learning experience at Giant Preschool Learning Center by designing and implementing their own lesson plans. These aspiring educators are setting clear learning goals and creating engaging, age-appropriate materials tailored to the diverse needs of young children. Through this hands-on approach, they are gaining valuable real-world experience as they teach key subjects like literacy, science, math, music, art, and movement. This collaboration benefits both the preschoolers' educational journey and the student's professional development, equipping them with practical skills and confidence for their future careers. Recently, Saniyah Wilson from Ben Davis led a science exploration lesson about density and color that sparked excitement and curiosity in the preschool classroom.
