Year 1--Digital Integrated Manufacturing I
Students in the Area 31 Digital Integrated Manufacturing program develop skills and knowledge of modern manufacturing processes. Industry-current technologies, project-based learning experiences, and employer engagements help students to grow their understanding of topics such as production processes, robotics, quality control, digital integration, and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).
Course Title: Digital Integrated Manufacturing I

Prerequisites: Algebra 1 and English 10

Year 2--Digital Integrated Manufacturing II
Students in the Digital Integrated Manufacturing program have the opportunity to earn numerous college credits from Ivy Tech Community College. Additionally, students have the opportunity to test for industry-recognized credentials such as Occupational Safety and Health Administration: OSHA 10 certification, and Smart Automation Certification Alliance: Associate certification.
Course Title: Advanced Manufacturing – Industry 4.0 Capstone

Prerequisites: Successful completion of Digital Integrated Manufacturing I

- Study the operations of Hydraulics & fluid power, Pneumatics, and compressed air systems
- Learn Mechanical power transmission, including gears, belts, and chain drives

- Write informative texts, including scientific procedures/experiments or technical processes that include precise descriptions and conclusions drawn from data and research.
- Solve abstract and practical problems by applying and adapting a variety of strategies. Monitor progress and evaluate answers in terms of questions asked.
